A repeatable runbook for industrial clients — discovery, strategy, build, run. No mystery, no agency theater. You see the same plan we see.
We give you the plan up front and the receipts every month. No invented urgency, no hidden phases, no "trust us" weeks where nothing happens. Below is exactly how the first 90 days unfold for a typical engagement — and what you should expect from us at every step.
Discovery is research. Strategy is decisions. Build is plumbing. Run is the work that compounds.
We learn your business — what you make, who you sell to, where leads come from today, what's broken, what's working.
We translate the call into a 90-day plan — which channels we run, what budget goes where, what we'll measure.
Everything that needs to be live before the marketing engine runs — tracking, accounts, content systems, ad infrastructure.
Monthly cadence: campaigns run, content publishes, ads bid, results report. Each month informs the next month's calls.
After the 6-8 week ramp, the engine settles into a rhythm. The work compounds; your time stays low.
If we ever drift from these, you should call us out.
No agency jargon. If we can't explain a recommendation in one sentence to your shop floor, we don't recommend it.
Every report leads with what changed and what it cost. Stories are what underperforming agencies tell when the numbers don't.
You own your accounts, your data, your domain. We're the operator. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
Same person every month. They learn your industry, your buyers, your jobs. No account-manager rotation.
We can start discovery within a week of agreeing to work together. The full ramp from kickoff to live campaigns is 6–8 weeks. Faster if you've already got your tracking and accounts in order; slower if we're rebuilding a website along the way.
Time in the first month — interviews, reviews, approvals. After that, ~30 minutes a month for the review call, plus async feedback when we ship something. The whole point is that you don't need to spend hours a week on marketing.
Yes. Quarterly reviews are explicitly for this — re-aiming, adding channels, dropping things that aren't working. Month-to-month means you can also walk away if it's not working.
We work alongside other vendors when it makes sense. Sometimes the right move is to consolidate; sometimes it isn't. We'll tell you honestly.
Yes. Standard practice for industrial work — we sign one before discovery if you'd like.
The discovery call is Phase 01. No commitment required — but it's the same lens we'd bring to a paid engagement.
